With more than 1 million patient contacts every year, our hospitals and the people who staff them are very much a part of the local community.
There’s a real buzz about Hull at the moment; we’re a city that’s really going places and we have the opportunity to be masters of our own destiny. The vision articulated through the Hull 2020 programme is one that we should all strive to achieve; bringing people together to make positive changes and deliver long terms benefits for our wider community.
As a partner in Hull 2020, we are excited about the prospect of working more closely with members of our local community, many of whose lives we touch in some small way, every day. Ultimately we want to play a part in making Hull healthier, safer, and happier, and improve the aspirations of everyone who lives here.
With the Hull 2020 partners all working together, we believe we can achieve great things for our city, our community, and each and every person within it.
