NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group

We are delighted to present our plan to transform public services in Hull, and I am delighted to be programme sponsor for Hull 2020.

The programme aims to bring public services together to work as one system, to support people to be as healthy and fulfilled as possible and is the culmination of our aspirations for the future for people in the city.

At a time where public funded services are facing unique challenges, we have embraced the opportunity to radically change the services we offer to better meet the needs of the whole population. This will allow us to work towards a better and brighter future for the people we serve.

Our vision is: In 2020 we will work together better to enable the people of Hull to improve their own health and wellbeing and to achieve their aspirations for the future.

This Transformation Strategy is as ambitious as we are and as the partner organisations tasked with delivering a variety of services across Hull, we recognise that significant change is essential to ensure sustainable and high quality services are available to meet the needs of the local population. We must continue to nurture our current relationships and work with our partners and the people of Hull to deliver this agenda.

Most importantly, we are really excited about the future that we will be able to build for the people of Hull by working together.
