Hull City Council

Hull 2020 is a fantastic opportunity for us to work alongside our people and communities to improve health and wellbeing and importantly tackle some of the underlying causes of ill health in the city.

Hull City Council is extremely proud to be a partner in making this happen.

The Hull 2020 approach is integral to ensuring delivery of Hull’s City Plan and will help us in achieving the three priorities for health and wellbeing as well as the delivery of the strategy of Hull’s Health and Wellbeing Board that will enable the people of Hull to live healthier, happier and longer lives.

We want to ensure that the people of Hull have the best health they possibly can, and this will help to ensure that they are able to enjoy the many exciting future opportunities as they arise, such as UK City of Culture 2017 events and experiences, new job opportunities, education and training opportunities as well as being able to enjoy important quality time with family and friends.
