Humberside Police

We are committed to protecting our communities, targeting criminals and making a real difference to people’s lives across the Humberside area.

Hull 2020 demonstrates what we are trying to achieve across the board by continuing to work closely with all of our partners. We want make sure people get the quality services they deserve, from the right people, as quickly and efficiently as possible.

By improving the way we work together, developing joined up systems and embracing new technology we can achieve this goal.

We committed to working with our partners to get upstream of crime. Tackling issues like drug and alcohol abuse, domestic abuse, child sexual exploitation and theft and violence in our communities cannot be done by the police alone. It is really important to identify the root causes of these issues and tackle them head on together.

Improving the health and wellbeing of residents, giving children a better start in life, enhancing our environment, providing education on lifestyle choices, empowering people to take greater responsibility for their communities and making sure people know where to get the help they need are things that we must work towards together. Doing so will give us a firm foundation for a positive future for Hull.

Our first challenge is to listen carefully to your needs and concerns. We need to know what you think we all do really well and what areas you think could benefit from us working better together. To do this we need your help, so please get involved and send us your ideas.
